Energy efficiency depends entirely on how you use the system. However, by using smart radiators valves to create specific heating zones and schedules, most users see heating cost reductions of around 30%. You stop paying to heat empty rooms.
Yes. The remote control radiator valve features an IP40 protection rating, making it suitable and safe for rooms with high humidity.
The central system constantly monitors the health of your thermostatically controlled radiator valves. You can set up automatic push notifications or emails to alert you to low batteries, unexpected temperature drops, or if a valve loses signal for more than 20 minutes.
Not directly. Connecting every valve directly to a Wi-Fi router drains batteries very quickly due to high power consumption. Instead, our wifi trv valves communicate via a low-power 868.5 MHz frequency to our central gateway. The gateway then connects to your internet router. This gives you all the benefits of Wi-Fi control without sacrificing battery life.
While the digital radiator trv is designed to work with the INELS central gateway for scheduling and automation, its frost protection mode ensures autonomous safety if the network goes down.
The internal temperature sensor reacts to room changes within 4 minutes, allowing the remote trvs to adjust water flow quickly and maintain a consistent climate.
INELS wireless thermovalve: intelligent climate control for facilities and homes
Managing the temperature in a large building—or even a modern home—using traditional mechanical dials is inefficient and imprecise. Whether you are outfitting a hotel, a school campus, or a residential property, the INELS Wireless Thermovalve provides a clean, effective solution. This smart radiator valve replaces classic mechanically operated valves with a centralized digital system. It allows you to monitor, schedule, and automate your heating, ensuring comfortable spaces without wasting energy.
Moving past classic thermal actuators
Older thermostatic actuators rely on a wax-expansion capsule to regulate water flow. This passive process is slow, often taking up to 40 minutes to fully react to a change in room temperature. This delay causes rooms to overheat or become too cold before the heating system adjusts.
By upgrading to a smart TRV, you replace that slow mechanical process with a valve regulated by a precise motor. Our electronic radiator valves use internal microcontrollers to make tiny, continuous adjustments. Instead of simply opening or closing entirely, the remote control thermostatic radiator valve modulates the flow of hot water precisely. This eliminates temperature spikes and ensures a steady, comfortable environment.
Solving the battery problem for large projects
If you install hundreds of smart TRVs across a commercial facility, battery life becomes a serious operational concern. Replacing batteries every few months is expensive and time-consuming.
The INELS programmable radiator valves are built specifically to solve this issue. The device features a highly optimized 4-step motor operation mode. This means the smart trv valves draw minimal power when adjusting the internal mechanism. We guarantee that the batteries will comfortably last through a long, demanding heating season. For project managers relying on a network of wireless radiator valves, this autonomy drastically reduces maintenance overhead.
Stable wireless communication that actually works
In complex buildings with thick reinforced concrete walls or metal cabinets, standard Wi-Fi signals often fail or drain device batteries too quickly.
Our radio controlled thermostatic radiator valves bypass Wi-Fi entirely. They operate on the proprietary 868.5 MHz RFIO2 frequency. This frequency offers excellent signal penetration, ensuring your smart radiator trv remains connected even in challenging environments.
While the wireless trv itself operates as a low-power endpoint to save battery, the broader INELS network is incredibly robust. Any stable-powered device in our ecosystem (like a 230V/24V thermostat or the RFRP-20 plug-in repeater) acts as a signal booster. This setup creates a reliable communication network back to the central gateway, keeping every digital radiator valves thermostatic unit online.
Seamless integration and system security
Modern buildings require centralized management. The INELS remote control trv is not a standalone gadget; it is part of a professional climate control system.
- BMS Integration: Through our central gateways, the digital trv network integrates easily with third-party Building Management Systems (BMS) using industry-standard protocols like ModBus and MQTT.
- Secure Access: Manage your remote control radiator thermostat network via our secure cloud app, or maintain strict local control using a static IP address.
- Public Space Security: For installations in hotels or schools, you can completely lock out local manual control. The remote trv valve will ignore physical tampering, responding only to commands from authorized wall thermostats or the central control hub.
- Warranty: We stand behind our hardware for wholesale and project customers with a comprehensive 5-year warranty, making these programmable trv valves a secure investment.
Safe, Simple, “Dry Valve” Installation
A common fear when upgrading to a thermostatic radiator valve smart system is the risk of water leaks. People assume that replacing a valve requires draining the entire heating system.
The INELS remote trv utilizes a “Dry Valve Installation” method. The lower brass section of your existing valve, which holds back the pressurized water, is never removed or touched.
You simply unscrew the old plastic head and attach the new digital radiator valves. The entire process takes minutes, requires no special plumbing tools, and carries zero risk of water damage.
Out of the box, the device fits the standard European M30 x 1.5 mm threaded connection. For buildings with older infrastructure, it is possible to fit adapters for proprietary Danfoss fittings (including RA, RAV, and RAVL), ensuring our digital trv valves are universally compatible.
Smarter temperature sensing and emergency modes
Measuring the temperature exactly where the heat is generated—right next to the radiator—often leads to inaccurate readings.
To provide true comfort, the INELS remote control trv valves can bypass their internal sensor. Instead, you can link the valve to an external wireless sensor or a central wall thermostat located in the middle of the room. This ensures the heating responds to how the room actually feels, rather than the temperature of the radiator itself.
If the system ever loses connection with the main gateway, it won’t leave you stranded. The smart trv radiator maintains its current state initially. If the connection isn’t restored within 60 minutes, the valve automatically enters a self-regulating frost protection mode. Using its internal sensor, it prevents the pipes from freezing and stops the room from overheating, protecting the facility from potential damage and financial loss.
